Credit usage: If your account has consumed more than 50 credits, the purchase is not eligible for a refund, regardless of when it was made.

Renewals: Charges for subscription renewals are non-refundable once the renewal payment has been successfully processed. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
