Creator Program Terms

Effective Date: August 24, 2026 (version 2026-08-24)

1. About these terms

These Creator Program Terms govern your participation in the Vidofy AI Creator Program (the “Program”), operated by Youcha LLC. They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. Where these Program terms and the general Terms differ on a Program matter, these terms govern.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old and hold a Vidofy AI account in good standing.
  • Each account you connect must have at least 1,000 followers on its platform.
  • Your content and audience must be relevant to Vidofy AI’s market — people interested in AI creation tools. Accounts producing general-entertainment content whose audience has no connection to such tools may be declined, and submissions of that kind may be rejected, even where an individual post mentions Vidofy AI.
  • Admission is at our discretion. We may decline an application without giving reasons, and we are not obliged to admit anyone who meets the minimum criteria.
  • By applying to, or participating in, the Program you accept these terms.
  • Your admission may be suspended or ended if you breach these terms, the general Terms, or the rules of a platform you post on.

3. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent party. Nothing in the Program creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture between you and Youcha LLC. You decide what you create, when you publish, and how often — we set no schedule, assign no work, and require no minimum output. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and any registration your jurisdiction requires, and for any disclosure of a paid or incentivised relationship that the law or your platform requires you to make. You may work with anyone else at the same time, including our competitors.

4. Connected accounts and the data we read

To take part you connect the social accounts you publish from, using each platform’s own authorisation screen.

  • We never receive your password. Authorisation is handled by the platform and gives us an access token, not your credentials.
  • We never post, edit, delete or message on your behalf. The Program only reads.
  • We read the public performance metrics of the posts you submit (such as views, likes, comments and shares), your follower count, and aggregate audience information such as viewer countries and demographics. We do not receive your followers’ personal data.
  • You may disconnect any account at any time. Doing so stops tracking for that account — posts still inside their tracking window may close without a reward, because the figures needed to settle them can no longer be read.
  • One account per platform. Each platform can carry a single connected account per creator. Connecting again on the same platform replaces the existing connection.

Currently supported platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest. We may add or remove platforms at any time.

5. What counts as an eligible post

A submission earns a reward only if all of the following are true:

  • It promotes Vidofy AI. A demonstration, a walkthrough, a before-and-after, a review or a piece in which our tools are visibly part of your process all qualify. A generated clip published on its own does not — that is output, not content about the product.
  • It is a video, published publicly on one of your own connected accounts. Text posts, photographs, carousels, GIFs and reshared content are not eligible.
  • It is submitted within 48 hours of going live. Tracking begins when you submit, not when you publish, so a late submission would measure performance the post had already accumulated. If we cannot read a post’s publication time from its platform, the submission is refused.
  • It carries @vidofy or #vidofy so a reviewer can confirm the post is yours and is part of the Program.
  • It stays published for the whole tracking window and is not switched to private or restricted.

Every submission is reviewed before it enters tracking, and approval is at our discretion. If a submission is rejected or disqualified you may open one appeal on it from your dashboard, and we will respond there. Deleting a post is permanent: once a submitted post is deleted, that link can never be submitted again, by you or by anyone else.

6. How rewards are calculated, and their limits

Rewards are performance-based. There is no fixed fee and no guaranteed minimum payment for producing a post. What a post earns is determined by its real performance during a 7-day tracking window that starts when the post goes live — principally its views, likes, comments and shares, weighted by where its audience watched from. Counting stops at the end of that window; the final settlement is processed a few days later, once the platforms' own audience figures have caught up.

All figures are read directly from each platform’s official API. Self-reported numbers, screenshots and third-party analytics are not used, and the platform’s own reported figures are final for the purposes of calculating a reward. A post is paid in stages as its window progresses, and every stage is itemised in your dashboard.

The following limits apply, and you should read them before you produce anything:

  • Minimum performance. A post that does not reach 3,000 views within its tracking window closes at zero. It earns nothing at all, not a reduced amount.
  • Maximum per post. A single post cannot earn more than $1,500, however well it performs.
  • Base reward frequency. The base stage of the reward is paid on at most 1 posts per platform in any rolling 7-day period. Further posts on that same platform in that period still earn the performance stages — only the base stage is limited — and each platform is counted separately.
  • Per platform. The same video published to several connected platforms is treated as a separate post on each, with its own tracking, its own limits and its own reward.
  • Rates may change. The rates and weightings used to calculate rewards may be adjusted. Any change applies to posts submitted after it takes effect; posts already in tracking settle on the basis that applied when they were submitted.

7. Review, adjustment and removal of rewards

We may hold, reduce, cancel or reclaim a reward — before or after it has been credited to your balance — where we reasonably determine that:

  • engagement was bought, incentivised, automated or otherwise artificially generated, whether or not by you;
  • the post, the account or the submission breaches these terms, our general Terms, or the rules of the platform it was published on;
  • the post misrepresents what our products do, or presents generated material as real footage of a real person or event;
  • the content infringes someone else’s rights, or uses a person’s likeness or voice without their permission;
  • multiple accounts, identities or connected profiles were used to claim rewards that a single participant is entitled to;
  • a reward was credited in error, or the underlying figures were later corrected by the platform.

Where a post is held for review you will see its status in your dashboard, and you may appeal it there. We aim to be proportionate: a single unclear post is reviewed on its own, and we reserve suspension of an account for repeated or deliberate breaches. Nothing in this section obliges us to monitor your content, and our decision not to act on one occasion does not waive our right to act on another.

8. Payouts

  • Rewards accumulate in your Program balance as each post settles at the end of its tracking window.
  • You may request a payout once your available balance reaches $50. Rewards may be subject to a holding period before they become available.
  • Payouts are made by bank transfer or PayPal, depending on the country you are paid in. Where no cash route is available for your country we may offer site credit instead, which you are free to decline and keep the balance for later.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax details. We may withhold a payout while required information is missing, unverified or inconsistent, and we may be required to withhold tax or report payments where the law demands it.
  • Fees charged by a payment provider, and any currency conversion, are applied by that provider and may reduce the amount you receive.
  • If a payout fails, is returned, or is reversed, the amount returns to your balance and may be re-requested once the cause is resolved.

A list of the countries we can currently pay in cash is published on our Supported Payout Countries page.

9. Rights and ownership

Your posts remain yours. Publishing a post in the Program does not transfer ownership of it to us, and we acquire no licence to it. We do not download, host, repost or edit your published content — we read its public metrics through the platform’s official API, and nothing more.

No exclusivity and no advertising rights. The Program does not ask you for exclusivity, for the right to run your content as a paid advertisement, for whitelisting or partnership access on your accounts, or for any extended usage licence. If we ever wish to use one of your videos in paid advertising, that is a separate agreement, agreed in writing and paid for separately.

Material you create on Vidofy AI — the media you generate using our tools — is treated as User Content under section 6 of our general Terms, exactly as it is for every other user: you keep ownership, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display it in operating, improving and promoting the Service. That licence is non-exclusive, so your own rights to your work are unaffected, and it ends when your account does. You may use our name and logo to identify Vidofy AI in your Program content; you may not otherwise use our brand, imply that we endorse you personally, or present yourself as speaking for us.

10. Program credits

On approval we add 300 credits to your account, valid for 14 days, and each approved post tops your balance back up to 400 credits, valid for 30 days. Credits are provided so that producing Program content costs you nothing. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and expire on the dates shown in your account. They may be withdrawn if your participation ends.

11. Changing or ending the Program

By you: you may leave at any time by disconnecting your accounts or closing your account. Balances already earned remain payable, subject to the payout rules above.

By us: we may change these terms, change the Program’s rules and thresholds, or end the Program entirely. We will give reasonable notice of a material change or of closure, other than where an immediate change is needed to address abuse, a legal requirement or a platform’s rules.

Posts in flight: a post already inside its tracking window when a change takes effect settles under the rules that applied when it was submitted.

12. Liability

We are not responsible for the performance of your posts, for changes a platform makes to its API, ranking or reporting, or for a platform suspending, restricting or removing your account or content. Where a platform stops providing the figures a post depends on, that post may close without a reward. The limitations of liability in our general Terms apply to the Program.

13. Contact

Questions about the Program or these terms can be sent through our Contact Us page. You can read more about how the Program works on our Creator Program page.
