PixVerse V6 Max Text to Video: Clips in 3:2, 2:3 and More

Last verified: October 29, 2026

PixVerse V6 Max text-to-video is most useful for short scenes that have to fit a particular frame. Besides the usual widescreen, vertical and square shapes, it renders in 3:2 and 2:3, the landscape and portrait shapes of a classic photo print. You set the length, resolution and frame, write the scene, and get back a clip made for that shape. When the sound switch is on, audio is generated along with the picture.

The model works only from what you write, so your description decides the clip: who is in the shot, what happens from the first second to the last, how the camera moves, how the light falls and, with audio on, what the scene should sound like. The length, sharpness and frame settings then fit each run to where the clip is going, whether that's a vertical feed, a widescreen edit or a layout built around still photos.

Test one skill per draft

PixVerse's own prompt guide recommends test prompts that each check one skill: a product turn for motion precision, a rainy alley for style control, a single tracking shot for camera stability. Do this before a big render. Write a short Prompt that isolates the part you're unsure of, run it at a low Resolution and a short Video Duration, and add it to the full scene only once it works. A failed full-length scene tells you something went wrong. A failed single-skill test tells you what went wrong.

How do you make a video with PixVerse V6 Max?

Four steps take you from a written scene to a downloaded clip.

Common PixVerse V6 Max problems and fixes

What usually goes wrong in a text-to-video run, and what to change before you run it again.

The camera jitters and the motion looks chaotic.

PixVerse's prompt guide lists camera jitter and overloaded motion among the weaknesses most AI video generators share, along with temporal drift and subject inconsistency. When a clip shakes or too much moves at once, cut the Prompt back to one main action and one camera move. Name that move plainly, such as a slow push-in or a steady side-on track, and take out competing motion like crowds or swirling particles. Then generate again and compare the result with the previous take.

My shot-by-shot prompt is too long to fit in the box.

The Prompt box stops at its character limit, so a long brief gets cut off. Remove repeated adjectives and filler, keep one clear line each for the subject, the action, the camera, the light and the sound, and drop details too small to read in a short clip. Paste the shorter version and generate again.

I need the scene to run longer than the longest duration.

One run can't go past the longest Video Duration option, so a longer piece has to be built from several clips. Split the scene into beats that each fit in one clip, and describe the subject with the same wording in every prompt. Keep Aspect Ratio and Resolution the same across runs so the clips cut together, then join them in your editor.

I only got one video and wanted options to choose from.

Each run returns a single clip. For more takes of the same idea, click Generate again with the same prompt and settings, and download the takes you want to keep as you go, so a strong one doesn't get lost among later runs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an image or footage to use PixVerse V6 Max here?

No. PixVerse V6 Max builds the clip from your written prompt, so you can start with nothing but a description. If you have a look in mind, describe it in words: what the subject looks like, the location, the time of day and the visual style.

Does the video come with sound, and can I make it silent?

Yes, both. With the Generate Audio switch on, the clip is generated with audio. Turn it off before you click Generate to get a silent clip. Silent is the better choice when the video will play under your own music, voice-over or sound design, because you would replace the generated track anyway.

Will Enhance Prompt overwrite what I wrote?

No. Enhance Prompt, the button under the prompt box, suggests fuller versions of a rough idea, and your text stays as it is unless you pick one. Treat a suggestion as a starting point: check that it kept your subject, framing and sound plans, then edit it before you generate.

What makes one generation cost more than another?

The credit cost of a run is calculated from the options you choose and shown above the Generate button once you're signed in, so you can see it before each run. Three settings change it: Video Duration, Resolution and Generate Audio. Suggestions from Enhance Prompt don't use credits.
